So, What Is Mediation?
Mediation is a way of resolving disagreements, disputes between individuals/teams/ groups in a variety of settings: businesses, business customers, family members, work colleagues, students and personal relationships.
The Mediator acts as an independent and impartial facilitator, providing a safe and confidential space for all participating in the mediation.
As the Mediator I encourage open communication and support parties to think and work collaboratively. My facilitative approach supports an environment which enables parties to generate and explore possible solutions through co-operation and mutual respect.
The aim of mediation is to help both parties to walk away feeling comfortable with the settlement agreement achieved. Also, to have positive view of Mediation: less stressful, cost and time effective.
